Mutual of Enumclaw is seeking to hire a Sr. Software Engineer. The Senior Software Engineer reports to a Sr. Software Engineering Manager and performs complex software engineering tasks.

 

Location: 1460 Wells St, Enumclaw, WA. Telecommuting within the US is permitted from WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, AZ, or UT. 

 

Hiring Range: $137,259 - $151,813*

Salary Range: $137,259 - 166,032

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test software to meet the needs of the customer.
  • Monitor quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to remove blockers, refine stories, plan Sprints, and review functionality with our business stakeholders.
  • Provide production support for applications/services to internal and external customers.
  • Provide demos of work in front of large groups of stakeholders and team members.

 

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have experience with each of the following: Cobol, DB2, CICS, DFSORT, MQ Series, Jobtrac, CA7 Scheduler, Easytrieve, ACF2, and Mainframe Security system RACF.

Education and Experience:

  • Three (3) years of experience in any of the following occupations: Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Technical Consultant, or any related IT occupation(s).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
