The Director of Enterprise Infrastructure and Services reports to the CIO and provides leadership to align IT infrastructure and services with business strategy. This role leads digital transformation and cloud modernization through planning, implementation, and operations of scalable technologies and processes. The Director enables business and application team success through modern infrastructure and DevOps practices, manages risk related to security, compliance, availability, and business continuity, and builds a responsive, customer-focused service culture. The role oversees Technical Services functions and manages budgets while optimizing operational and cloud costs.
Location: This hybrid position is based in the Seattle metro area and requires proximity within driving distance of our Home Office. Team members are expected to be in the office at least three days per week to support collaboration and connection. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Hiring Range: $196,700 - $218,600*
Salary Range: $196,700 - $240,000
