The Assistant Vice President of Sales and Distribution is responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the company’s sales, distribution, and member operation strategies across all channels, with a primary focus on the independent agency channel. This role partners closely with Product Management, Operations, Underwriting, and Marketing to drive profitable growth, strengthen agent relationships, and improve overall production results.
This position has enterprise-level influence but is scoped appropriately for an AVP role, with accountability for sales strategy execution rather than full enterprise brand stewardship or standalone marketing ownership. The role emphasizes sales leadership, channel performance, and agent experience.
Location: This position is remote with preference for candidates in WA and OR, and 50% travel required.
