We currently operate in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Montana and Wyoming.   The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Sr. Sales Director and acts as a liaison to all other departments and levels of management. This role will drive Mutual of Enumclaw’s profit, growth, philosophies, strategies, and performance within our organization and the defined territory.  They will be accountable for increasing agency results and engagement across all lines of business. This role functions as the senior-most field sales professional, change agent, and channel strategist.  The RSM is responsible for sustained profitable growth derived from independent agents. They will lead new business endeavors, and profit strategies, develop annual sales growth strategies, review, and leverage field analytics.  They will advise, train, mentor, and partner with Independent Agents as well as internal staff.  They will be responsible to leverage agency compensation such as commissions, incentives, and profit sharing to increase profitable growth.  The RSM will become experts on Mutual of Enumclaw’s product offering.  They will also have a complete understanding of the competition’s features and will have the ability to demonstrate Mutual of Enumclaw’s superior benefits.   Location: This is a field position and will work remotely but must be located in Kitsap, Thurston, King, or Pierce Counties.  The candidate must be able to work during our core Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hoursand have high speed internet (internet speed test required).   Hiring Range: $108,382 - $133,620 Salary Range: $108,382 - $153,563   *The hiring range represents Mutual of Enumclaw’s current hiring pay scale for this role. Mutual of Enumclaw reserves the right to modify or update this range any time. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This role assists with the preparation of external reporting of quarterly and annual statutory statements, and other external financial reports. Also responsible for collaborating on projects, programs, strategic initiatives, and special projects in assigned areas. The accountant will assist with technical research and input on Financial Services policies, projects, and process development.   Location: This position will be remote and/or located at our Home Office in Enumclaw, WA. If remote, the candidate must be able to work during our core Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours and must have high speed internet (internet speed test required).   Hiring Range: $63,600 - $70,000 Salary Range: $63,600 - $78,000   *The hiring range represents Mutual of Enumclaw’s current hiring pay scale for this role.
