The ideal candidate will bring with them litigation management experience, recent auto damage experience with injury claim handling, preferably within the last 3-5 years. Commercial experience preferred.    We are looking for an individual who has excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task. This role functions as the senior-most field sales professional, change agent and channel strategist.  The RSM is responsible for sustained profitable growth derived from independent agents. They will lead new business endeavors, profit strategies, develop annual sales growth strategies, review and leverage field analytics.  They will advise, train, mentor and partner with Independent Agents as well as internal staff.  They will be responsible to leverage agency compensation such as commissions, incentives, and profit sharing to increase profitable growth. RSM will be responsible become experts of Mutual of Enumclaw’s product offering.  They will also have a complete understanding of the competitions features and will have the ability to demonstrate Mutual of Enumclaw’s superior benefits.   This position reports to the Sr. Director of Sales and acts as a liaison to all other departments and levels of management. Candidate must be located in the greater Portland, OR area or in SW Washington. This role will also provide strong project management, customer service, oversight and management to all telecom related technologies, projects to include vendor relationships and billing. This role works closely with server and network teams in support of day-to-day operations and engineering. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, engineering and administrating all voice (VOIP) and associated systems and/or dependencies.
