This Personal Lines State Product Manager position will be a proactive, driven and individually accountable steward of profit and growth across assigned states & territories for all personal lines & products. Designer of long term state strategies and coordinator of short term execution to realize benefits of such. Focus on driving improvements in profit/growth through pricing management (segmentation texture and rate level), as well ongoing engagement, partnership and influence with underwriting, sales, regulatory, product development, marketing, operations & finance to align and add value to their strategy & execution.    Some of the key competencies we are looking for in this individual will be: - Results oriented, self-starter - Challenger of the status quo - Analytic mindset, thrives in problem solving environments - Strong relationship manager and communicator, acts with and assumes positive intent in partners - Ability to efficiently drive forward complicated execution, with purpose and limited oversight - Multi-tasking - Ability to translate analysis into business recommendations - Ability to translate high level strategic direction into day to day execution with limited oversight This position will report to our Director of Personal Lines Product Management and will be located at our Home Office in Enumclaw, WA or remotely.   Salary Range: $105,536 - $136,957 DOE   Potential Bonus 10%   Benefits include but are not limited to medical, dental, vision, cash balance and 401(k) plans with company match; life insurance; employee discount on personal insurance; wellness reimbursement program; paid parental leave and an annual bonus plan.

Litigation and commercial property and casualty policy and claim experience is essential. This position is responsible for all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform (HubSpot), including creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, results driven, has strong attention to detail and has a passion for digital applications and is certified in HubSpot Software and Inbound Marketing certification. As newly created position, this role will take on a great variety of responsibilities, play a pivotal role in the company’s overall marketing efforts and have endless opportunities to learn and grow professionally.
