Under moderate supervision, the Member Care Specialist I provides timely and accurate administrative services to support the needs of our members and the independent agents that serve our members.   Operate telecommunications equipment to receive a high-volume of incoming telephone calls. Provide courteous responsive member service, and route them to the appropriate person or department. When call volume permits, provide administrative Member Services support.   This position will work at our Home Office or remotely. The Regional Sales Manager will drive Mutual of Enumclaw’s profit, growth, philosophies, strategies and performance within our organization and their defined territory.  They will be accountable for increasing agency results and engagement across all lines of business. This role functions as the senior-most field sales professional, change agent and channel strategist.  The RSM is responsible for sustained profitable growth derived from independent agents. They will lead new business endeavors, profit strategies, develop annual sales growth strategies, review and leverage field analytics.  They will advise, train, mentor and partner with Independent Agents as well as internal staff.  They will be responsible to leverage agency compensation such as commissions, incentives, and profit sharing to increase profitable growth. RSM will be responsible become experts of Mutual of Enumclaw’s product offering.  They will also have a complete understanding of the competitions features and will have the ability to demonstrate Mutual of Enumclaw’s superior benefits.   This position reports to the Sr. Director of Sales and acts as a liaison to all other departments and levels of management. Candidate must be located in Western Washington between South Seattle and Olympia. Provide timely and efficient processing of all transactions throughout the lifecycle of a policy. These transactions include but are not limited to policy endorsements, forms, cancellations, legal notice letters, exclusions, and other documentation.   This position will work in our Home Office or virtually.
